Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement initiatives and programs to promote efficiencies leading to greater customers’ satisfaction.
• To ensure the team provides value added products and services to existing / potential customers predominantly in the local large corporates market.
• Ability to manage the team effectively whilst engaging them to optimal performance and coach them to their potential development.
• To manage, enhance, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate customer base as well as building new customers relationships.
• To monitor the utilization of the credit lines of the borrowers.
• To monitor and conduct regular review of the existing customers, ensuring the credit documentation are properly managed and completed.
• To ensure the business activities of the department meet the bank’s policy requirements.
Requirements:
· Possess a Degree in Banking, Economic or related studies.
· Minimum 5 years corporate banking experience.
· Experience working with corporates in particular large local Corporates.
· Excellent interpersonal skill with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese as incumbent is required to correspond with Chinese corporates as well as colleagues in Head Office and handle Chinese documentation.
· Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations and practices pertaining to Credit products and ensuring its compliance.
· Ability to manage the team effectively whilst engaging them to optimal performance and coach them to their potential development.
