Job Description

• Able to bring in new customers.

Job Requirement:

• At least a GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
• Have at least 1 years relevant experience in sales roles
• Must have On-Trade experience specifically on premise such as Foodcourts, Restaurants, Coffeeshop, etc
• Excellent negotiation skills and good knowledge of the industry
• Must be independent yet a team player

Sales Officer

• Perform preliminary technical review on client's requirement and provide appropriate solution.
• Perform product pricing based on identified solution and furnish a formal quotation to be submitted to the client.
• Execute projects within the assign territory and assist in project execution for other territory.
• Serve as point of contact for clients on all technical and commercial queries.
• Complete and submit all necessary documents required for the bid such as but not limited to technical drawing, brochures, and project documents.
• Compile all documents and records per transaction for filling and safekeeping.
• Request technical drawings to be submitted to the customer for approval.
• Prepare all pertinent documents for order entry.
• Liaise with clients for any order related concerns.
• Monitor delivery of goods.
• Responsible for sales growth of assigned region.
• Follow through on all sales leads and opportunities.
• Responsible in preparing sales materials and other sales documents where necessary.
• Provide technical support to clients via mail, phone, or actual deployment.
• Keep track of all transaction using designated tracking tools.
• Participates on Company Activities and Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the development of S-RM’s growing Corporate Intelligence team. Senior Associates work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, innovate solutions, and deliver findings. Our aim is to become trusted advisors to our clients.

Senior Associates are skilled research analysts, case managers and people managers, as well as consultants.

As a practitioner within S-RM, you will have the opportunity to develop junior colleagues, ensure world-class client service, and delivery of high-quality intelligence and analysis.They also work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, innovate solutions, and deliver findings. The successful candidate will report to the Asia-based Associate Director and will work across the full spectrum of the Corporate Intelligence practice. We think candidates with the following skills and experience are likely to succeed as Corporate Intelligence Associates at S-RM.
