Roles & Responsibilities:

· Build new client accounts and grow the existing portfolio of clients.

· Maintain a good relationship with existing customers while sourcing and developing new accounts.

· Experience communication and networking skills.

· Following up with the corporate leads provided.

· Undertake the entire sales process and facilitate backend admin with progress.

· Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.

· Run outdoor sales appointments.

· Handle sales online platform

· Develop a digital marketing plan aligned with business goals

Job Requirements:

· Knoweledge waterproofing and hardware products.

· Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.

· Prior experience in automotive.

· Able to communicate efficiently, able to work individually and as a team player.

· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

· Fast learner, good team player and possess strong interpersonal & communication skills

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing wholesale accounts and will actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence. This role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and clients, and providing insights into market trends. The ideal candidate is self-driven, analytical, and well-versed in wholesale sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Target Achievement:

• Achieve sales targets by growing and developing existing wholesale accounts, while also driving new business through strategic prospecting.
• Meet or exceed revenue and metric goals within the assigned territory, contributing to overall business growth.
• Review sales performance weekly, identifying opportunities, issues, and actionable strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Wholesale Account Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for wholesale accounts, ensuring smooth communication, support, and issue resolution.
• Oversee stock movement, monitoring product levels daily to optimise stock availability and manage reorder points.
• Develop and implement discount and pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximising profitability.

New Business Development:

• Identify and engage potential new clients to expand distribution channels and open new retail accounts.
• Conduct market research to find new opportunities, analyse competitor offerings, and recommend strategies to penetrate new market segments.

Distributor Management:

• Manage distributor relationships, ensuring they meet primary sales plans aligned with category sales objectives.
• Work closely with distributors on stock movement, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly targets.
• Monitor distributor credit limits and ensure timely collections of outstanding payments.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, seasonal schemes, and bonuses to drive increased sales.
• Analyse market and industry trends, keeping up-to-date with competitors and distribution channel dynamics to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Provide regular insights and reports on industry trends, competitor analysis, and distribution channel performance.

Qualification:

• 2+ years of experience in working with Wholesale Accounts
• Footwear Category is a Bonus!
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office--Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong accounting management and relationship building skills.
• Expert ability to program territorial support to ensure prompt communication with customers.
• Ability to work out sales deals that will accomplish budgeted margins and correspond to the company’s sales policies.
• Excellent supervisory, evaluation, and reassessment experience.
• Strong competence in working efficiently

Job Description:

· Handle sales enquiries and order processing

• Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries and provide accurate quotations.
• Process and manage orders via system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone and in-person visits to follow up on quotes, answer queries, close orders and enhance client relationships.
• Utilize persuasive communication techniques to secure orders and strengthen client relationships.
• Actively cross-sell additional services provided by the Company, adding value to client partnerships.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities through targeted outreach within Singapore and the region.

Qualification Requirements

• Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent certificate in a relevant field.
• 2 years of sales experience within the technical services or marine industry.
• Familiar with Petrochemical Environment a bonus
• Transport Allowance provided if personal transport is available.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
• Identify leads and develop strong business relationship with customers
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
