• Manages and maintains appointments, schedules meetings and keeps the calendars up-to-date in an effective manner; 
• Follows through on the preparation of presentation slides, monthly reports for internal/external meetings;  Follows through on notes takings during meetings, distributes to all parties concerned and follows through on the completion of action items as required;
