Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore tax regulations and guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage the timely execution and delivery of projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services.
• Handle a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including public and listed companies.
• Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients, supported by detailed email follow-ups outlining action steps, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, meeting key clients monthly to assess satisfaction and identify potential service expansions.
• Propose fee adjustments where necessary and prepare fee proposals for prospective clients.
