Responsibilities:

Provide complete range of company secretarial assistance and administrative support to the Company Secretary-cum-head of Legal and Corporate Secretarial Services Department for all entities within a public listed company in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Secretary & Administration (ICSA) qualification with minimum 7 years experience in a company listed on the main board of the KLSE (prefered) or in a law firm, corporate service provider with public listed company experience, or funds or financial institution; or
• Holder of a Bachelor of Laws (full time) from an accredited law schoool; admitted to the Malaysian Bar; and minimum 2 years experience in a law firm practising corporate law.
• Good understanding of the Companies Act, SGX Listing Manual, Code of Corporate Governance and applicable guidelines..
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritise and seamlessly multi-task.
• Possess high degress of professionalism and integrity; ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

The key responsibilities and deliverables of a Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking are as below:

• Reaching out to prospective customers in MNC segment, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Funds, FDI/ FPI segment which have presence in ASEAN regions and with strong business linkages to India
• Originating and onboarding (with complete KYC) new corporate customers and developing and maintaining good relationships with the customers
• Understanding customer requirements and providing banking solutions including but not limited to investments flow, trade flows and other transactional banking requirements
• Preparing credit proposal, coordinating with Risk department for approvals and undertaking credit monitoring & asset reviews of the portfolio
• Maintaining existing relationships with corporate clients
• Meeting business numbers across products and business verticals
• Executing transactions in a timely and efficient manner in line with customer expectations
• Maintaining credit files and ensuring safe custody of all documents
• Manage a team of Relationship Manager(s) and/ or Customer Service Manager(s) if required and as deemed fit by the management
• Prepare data, MIS, presentations as required by the management
• Any other relevant task assigned by the Reporting Manager

Job requirements:

• Strong understanding and acumen of corporate banking business with 4+ years of relevant banking experience in relationship management
• Understanding of Indian banking landscape, regulations and macroenvironment
• Understanding of financial statements to prepare credit proposals
