Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and rendering full support to the Corporate Sales Team.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team on all export shipments preparation, including pre-shipment tea certification arrangement with government agencies such as SFA/NEA. • Work closely with Sales Team, Finance Team (receipt of payments) and Warehouse Team.
• Provide needful logistics inquiry/information/administrative assistance to the Sales Team.
• Follow up on the processes of all deliveries.
