• Position Title: Sales Executive (Precious Metal)
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers with precious metal refining requirements from industries such as, but not limited to, Oil and Gas, Chemical Industry, Aviation, Semiconductor, and Pharmaceutical.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and follow up closely with potential customers to gather feedback on quotes, competitors’ responses, and decision-makers' intentions.
• Communicate with customers on metal pricing, transfer requirements, and other related queries.
• Monitor precious metal price updates and customer job statuses.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth internal operations.
• Work closely with Customer Service to maintain and update the Customer Database, including key details such as customer name, designation, company, contact information, and email addresses.
• Assist the Senior Manager in maintaining and improving the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and responding to any changes in customer personnel, equipment, processes, materials, or business strategies.
• Gather and report information on customers, prospects, competitors, market trends, pricing, and new entrants.
• Support in identifying influence groups, stakeholders, and substitute services.

• Diploma in Business, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Proven track record in key account management.
• Strong pitching and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
• Must possess personal transport (car).

Job Requirement

Role:

• Generate Technical Proposals to support the Sales Team.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product queries, orders, and deliveries, and provide administrative support for the Sales Team.
• Oversee the sales order process, including purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders.
• Verify customer orders, including customer details and payment information.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints via phone or email.
• Ensure quotes align with raised orders, confirming correct pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Record data and maintain systems as outlined in the sales process SOP and as directed by the Sales Team.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Engine and Propulsions Systems or related industry in administration or technical service support.
• Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

E-Commerce Sales Support

Reports to:

Sales Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
