Job Responsibilities

• Oversee building and data centre facilities components, including Building Management System, Fire Detection and Protection systems, Energy Management System, Chiller, Electrical
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of facility equipment
• Manage contracts for facilities and equipment maintenance
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings
• Responds to emergency and be on 24x7 standby
• Oversee new data centre projects including renovation and maintenance
• Responsible for site inspections / audits by authorities
• Scheduling and tracking of servicing jobs and vendor management

The Ideal Candidate

• Educational qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in DC facility management and vendor management

Role and Responsibilities

• Build relationships with our clients. Support client enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Taking responsibility in finding solutions for our clients, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies.
• Generate new sales through cross/up selling & referrals
• Responsible for all administration and coordination of activities within departments as well as to ensure the smooth procedure required in the front-line operations in our service.

Qualification and Criteria

• Min. GCE 'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B service.
• A strong desire to learn, grow and lead
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to embrace challenges and think creatively.
• Passionate about delivering first-class service with the spirit of excellence.
