Responsibilities:

• Upsell existing clients’ other enterprise solutions
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, emailing, networking and using various Media platforms
• Plan and Execute sales plan such as meeting clients, preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations for clients
• Assist in new clients’ acquisition
• Assist in managing client accounts
• Any other ad-hocs as assigned

Requirements:

• Positive attitude & independent
• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design
• Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent

- Promote Company's products (Grace Party wares : Mountainman Tea, Towels, Health products (Energy 25) & Disposable Party ware Items, ...) achiever the sales target and collect payment from customers.

- Maintain good relationships with customers and understand customers need in short terms or long terms.

- Develp new Business Opportunities.

- Other duties, as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute corporate sales events, including product launches, client appreciation events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align event strategies with sales goals.
• Manage event logistics from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Develop promotional materials and communications to generate interest and attendance.
• Engage with attendees during events to cultivate relationships and uncover sales opportunities.
• Analyze event effectiveness and gather feedback to improve future corporate events.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance our events portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate event planning or sales, preferably within the technology or B2B industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• A creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected challenges.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to travel as needed for on-site event management.
