• Position Title: Sales Executive
• Working Location: West – Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link) – Requires taking a few bus stops to reach the company
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD3200 + AWS + Bonus + Transport Reimbursement
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through various sales strategies
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Previous internship or experience in a sales role is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive business growth and achieve sales revenue targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize market penetration and increase brand awareness.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 3 – 5 years of sales/ business development experience from hospitality industry.
• Candidate with prior experience in handling corporate/ MICE account will be an added advantage.
