What You Will Do

As we grow our team of highly skilled professionals and institutionalize our operations, we are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our offices in Singapore. This role is a full-time position based in Singapore, with a target start date of January 2025.

Responsibilities

• To achieve Company’s business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
• To manage and expand existing business and contribute to meet sales KPI
• Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact

Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure

• Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales and freight forwarding industry
• Possess knowledge on logistics, import/export procedures and Incoterms

1. Market development and customer maintenance

• Expand international markets: Look for potential customers through various channels, such as exhibitions, online platforms, partners, etc., to expand sales scope.

Maintain customer relationships: Maintain close contact with existing customers, timely understand customer needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve customer loyalty.

2. Sales and Order Management

• Develop sales plans: Develop and execute sales plans based on company goals and market demand.

• Order processing: Manage the entire order process from quotation to delivery, including confirming orders, arranging production, coordinating shipments, and tracking logistics.

Price negotiation: Negotiating prices and terms with customers to ensure compliance with the company's profit goals.

3. Product and Technical Support

• Understand product knowledge: Familiar with the characteristics, uses, and technical parameters of the company's accessory products, and provide professional advice to customers.

• Provide pre-sales support: answer customers' questions about products and assist them in choosing suitable products.

After sales service: Coordinate and handle customer complaints, quality issues, and return/exchange requests.

4. Market research and analysis

Analyze market trends: Pay attention to international market dynamics, collect competitor information, identify market opportunities and risks.

Feedback on market information: Report customer needs, product improvement suggestions, and market changes to the company, providing a basis for company decision-making.

5. Cross departmental communication and coordination

Coordinate with the production department to ensure that production plans match customer orders and deliver on time.

Collaborate with the logistics department to arrange transportation, customs clearance, and other processes to ensure the safe delivery of goods.

• Coordinate with the finance department: follow up on customer payment progress, verify accounts, and reduce financial risks.

6. Document and Contract Management

Prepare sales documents, including quotations, invoices, contracts, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

Contract management: Ensure that all sales activities comply with international trade regulations and monitor contract execution.

7. Improve sales performance

• Develop promotional activities: Plan and execute sales promotion strategies based on market conditions.

• Achieve sales targets: Achieve sales and profit targets according to the company's annual plan.

8. International Trade and Regulatory Compliance

• Master international trade rules: Familiar with import and export procedures, customs requirements, trade agreements, and international payment methods (such as letters of credit, T/T).

Compliance operation: Ensure that business processes comply with the laws, regulations, and industry standards of the destination country.

Key competency requirements:

Good English communication skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.

Familiar with international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations.
