• The candidate must have any Diploma or a degree:
• The candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant Recruitment Industry experience
• The candidate must have sales experience and proved performance
• 5 Days work
• 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
• Salary plus incentive above the target
• Salary if negotiable for those who got existing potential clients especially to those who got MNc clientele base.

Responsibilities:

· Manage payment process and coordinate with purchasing team

· Verifying, tracking of invoices and documentations generated from SAP

· Monitor rental assets, ensuring smooth leasing process

· Assist Lease Management and Logistics Team in verifying equipment returns to maintain accurate records

· Providing support, liaising with 3rd party buyers on collection of equipment and monitoring payment remittance

· Work closely with various Departments to ensure efficient lease management processes and customer satisfaction through team support

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma

· With relevant experience

· Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP

· Good interpersonal skills

Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive - 6-9 Months Contract position
Contract Period: 6 to 9 months

Job Description:

• Assists in checking if invoices are in order (i.e. amount ties to purchase order, goods are MIGO in accounting software, etc) before they are processed into accounting software
• Assists in monthly processing of intercompany invoices and other vendors invoices into accounting software
• Assists in retrieving documents (physical or softcopy) when needed (i.e. audits, monthly reporting, etc)
• Assists in tasks relating to receivables
• Assists in communication and liaising with external parties when needed
• Assists in preparing reports
• Assists in system/process upgrade testing
• Any other ad-hoc tasks
