Responsible for achieving business goals and objectives through sourcing new accounts and servicing existing accounts

• Handle enquiries and attend to needs of the corporate accounts
• Solicit RFP account locally or globally and leverage on GSO’s assistance
• Liaise with Regional Sales Offices to identify any opportunities to secure Corporate LNR account or residential group
• Source for new accounts and service existing accounts
• Investigate / follow-up on all major sales leads maintaining an effective trace system to convert potential business and lapsed business
• Study, evaluate and propose improvement for sales opportunities
• Responsible for driving and achieving business objectives and goals

Job Scope:

• Provide customer service and admin operational support
• Serve as the main point of contact for external corporate customers and internal stakeholder
• Provide support on daily operations including registration / de-registration of corporate vehicles, follow up on renewal cases and credit card expiry date, blacklisting requests, tracking of refunds, etc
• Manage incoming phone calls and identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with corporate customer accounts
• Manage and address any corporate customer complaints or issue with product / service
• Work closely with stakeholders, to ensure the request from corporate customers are managed and delivered on time
• Generate reports
• Follow up on bad debt collection from corporate customers
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of customer support / fulfilment / order processing / sales support / document processing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to build and sustain rapport with corporates customer and stakeholders
• Capability to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Attention to detail in handling documents and data entry
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations

Goals

The Senior Manager Joint Venture and Partnership Management is responsible for the coordination and development of the Joint Ventures and Partnerships in Asia Pacific, ensuring the business development and revenue optimization with Joint Venture (JV) partners CA, NH, SQ and the continuous further development of existing and new partnerships in accordance with the Sales strategy.

Tasks

The Senior Manager Asia Joint Venture & Partnership Sales is responsible to:

• Ensure and secure effective coordination of Sales activities related to the respective JV/Partnership and Alliance topics
• Further develop the commercial cooperation between LHG and JV including process harmonization, integration, creating synergies from Sales perspective
• Represent Sales interests with interfaces/panels/boards and actively participate in the decision-making process
• Foster close collaboration and information exchange with internal and external interfaces
• Initiate and coordinate communication measures in the JV/Partnership environment with focus on Sales and safeguard the communication flow with Sales partners
• Serve as the primary contact person and counterpart to the JV partner for Sales

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics or equivalent required
• Min. 6 years of relevant professional experience in Sales or other commercial processes (Network, Revenue Management, Distribution, Alliances)
• Very good knowledge of the global airline industry and Lufthansa Group
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with business fluency in English
• Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking skills

About the Role

The Project Sales Manager will act as liaison between the company project team and clients, providing information on planning, delivering, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance repair related knowledge from securing to closing of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acquiring and managing project sales for air-con products/systems.
