Corporate Governance:

1. Annual corporate cycle: Ensure it operates smoothly and in a timely manner for formal decision making and reporting, including ensuring that an annual members meeting (and other formal public meetings) are held in accordance with all requirements. In coordinating and/or contributing to the production of all appropriate reports, forward plans, self-certifications and submissions to relevant regulatory bodies and ensure that they are published, where appropriate, and available for public.
