What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B solution sales, preferably in technology or managed services.
• Skillset: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with security solutions, IoT platforms, or managed services is a plus.
• Motivation: Goal-oriented with a passion for solving client challenges through innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries from online platforms, phone calls, emails, messages, and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
• Generate and follow up on quotations, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
• Work closely with relevant branches to facilitate customer viewings, move-ins, and other logistical arrangements.

Job Requirements:

• At least O Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• Friendly, solution-oriented, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
• Patient and understanding with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating within a team.
