Responsibilities:

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.

The Position

• Core responsibility is to ensure the smoothness of daily closing tasks:
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations,
• Crypto exchange hedging, reconciliations, and trade accounting,
• Preparing payments and liaise with bank relationship managers when required,
• Ensure that trade AP and AR positions are fully understood and reconciled and issue the daily financial closing report.

Based on learning curve, other responsibilities will follow:

• AP and AR bookings and review (Xero),

The job location is BullionStar's office in the same building as BullionStar’s shop, showroom, and vault at 45 New Bridge Road.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Actively monitor and manage ongoing F&B projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
