We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our South East Asia and China recruitment markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to grow market presence in South East Asia and China.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
• Engage with Mandarin- and Malay-speaking clients and candidates to foster strong business relationships.
• Conduct recruitment activities, including travel for 2 to 3 weeks per month to regional markets.
• Expand the company’s client base by identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Agency regulations and uphold the company’s professional standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective recruitment solutions and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
• CEI (KAH) Certification is mandatory
• Proficient in Mandarin and Malay to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates across the region.
• Existing client base and strong networking skills in the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or recruitment role, preferably within the employment agency or HR sector.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (2-3 weeks per month) across South East Asia and China.

Position: Sales Interior Designer (Junior/Senior)

• Working Day: 5 Day (4weekday + 1weekend)
• Working Location: IMM Building (Required Site Visit)

Salary:

(1) Junior (Basic $1200 + 35% Project Profit)

(2) Senior (Full Commission Role, 65% of Project Profit)

Job Specification/Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in Sales Role
• Possess flair and creativity in interior design
• Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for the Senior position
• Possessed Diploma in Interior Design or related & equivalent is preferred, (Training will be provided)

Job Description

• Prepare Design Proposal &/OR Presentation for space planning and design conceptualization from client’s requirements
• Generating Quotation from client’s requirements
• To communicate & provide explanation confidently for any design/renovation process upon client’s query before project confirmation
• Manage Client’s expectation before and during the project duration
• Converting prospective clients to actual sales
• Managing projects to meet project objective and client’s needs
• In charge of the Project management as well as Site supervision of individual’s project
• Sales & Customer orientated services
