Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders from company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada and our own website) and overseas orders.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including order picking, product packing, arranging deliveries, generating payment links, and updating delivery status.

This is a full time role for a Sea Freight Executive located in ALPS Ave. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications.
