Job Description

• To provide the quotation to the customer and purchase the good from the supplier
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through varying modes of communication
• Monitor delivery time, stocks, and goods on order
• Forecast market requirements
• Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to customers
• To provide good service to all customers and help them solve the problem relative to the company’s products for the customers

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a trading company, preferably in in-house sales/marketing
• Good attitude and strong communication
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
• Saturday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)

• AR chasing
• Analysis of sales figure
• Other sales / marketing activities
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• A keen interest in ship supplies or the marine industry.
• Possess an outstanding track record in sales; if the candidate lacks sales experience in the Marine industry.
• Proficient in MS-Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good presentation skills in power point in both making / presentation.

Soft skill:

• Extroverted and positive, with a passionate personality
• Diligence

Candidates that possess the below requirements will be advantageous:

• Sales experience within the Marine Industry is HIGHLY preferred.
• Fluency in Korean for effective communication with Korean-speaking counterparts.
• Experience in sales dealing with Engine Systems, Spares, Services, or any other relevant marine products.
