Our client is a Singapore based Scientific and Medical devices provider with presence in Southeast Asia region. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Engineering Sales Advisor to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.

Duties of Engineering Sales Advisor:

• Present and sell products/services to current and potential customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned products and clients.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Analyze market potential and track sales progress within the territory.
• Build technical expertise on products to support customer interactions effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to expand the product portfolio.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 - 3 years Technical Sales experience in relevant industry

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom

• Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence

• Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers

• Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department

• Preparation of all documentation for delivery

• Manage showroom and test-drive cars

• In charge of showroom and pantry area

• Perform administrative duties

Overview

The Client Success and Sales Specialist is a dynamic role designed to drive client satisfaction, engagement, and sales growth. You will play a critical role in onboarding and supporting clients, identifying sales opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in achieving business development goals by upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success Management

Onboarding and Implementation:

• Guide new clients through platform registration, asset registration, and documentation submission.
• Deliver tailored training sessions to ensure clients effectively utilize the platform for
• Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) issuance and other features.
• Assist clients in setting up workflows for seamless platform integration.
• Transition trial clients to subscription plans by demonstrating platform value.

Client Support and Engagement:

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain regular communication to provide updates on initiatives, product features, and progress.
• Ensure clients maximize the platform’s value by aligning its usage with their business goals.
• Monitor and manage client contract renewals in collaboration with the Business Development team.

Product Feedback and Development:

• Gather and relay client feedback to the product team to advocate for improvements and new features.
• Initiate enhancements based on user experience insights to improve platform usability and satisfaction.

2. Sales Development and Account Growth

Upselling and Cross-Selling:

• Identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional products and services that align with their needs.
• Build strong client relationships to promote account growth and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with clients to customize solutions that address their evolving business challenges.

Sales Engagement:

• Support the sales team by assisting in lead generation and qualification.
• Participate in sales presentations, client demos, and proposal development to secure new opportunities.

3. Collaboration and Strategic Initiatives

• Work closely with the Business Development, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Support senior management in identifying and implementing sales and success initiatives that enhance overall business performance.

Requirements for the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability, or a related field.
• Recent graduate with a passion for client success and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in English, with an additional Asian/ASEAN language being a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Generative AI tools.
• Flexibility and a positive mindset to adapt to evolving business needs.

Compensation: SGD 3,000 - 4,500 per month
