Corporate Sales Executive

Jobs Scope:

• Reporting to Corporate Sales Director
• Handling all Hotels & Catering corporate customers in Singapore
• Prepare quotation in presentation manager
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and service issues.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for hotel and catering customers.
• Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production) to meet customer requirements.
• Track sales performance and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing accounts.
• Maintain updated customer records, sales histories, and contact logs in the CRM system.
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure accounts are up to date.
• Research potential new hotel and catering accounts and compile lead lists.
• Assist in organizing and preparing materials for sales presentations.
• Support in drafting and distributing marketing campaigns targeting hotel and catering clients.

Working Hour:

5 Days Work-Week (44 Hours)
