As the Manager of Corporate Communications, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to build a sustainable, adaptive, and thriving the insititute Brand Ecosystem. Your work will ensure that the institute resonates with both internal and external stakeholders, bringing measurable value and impact to patients. You will be responsible for expanding reach, increasing brand awareness, and driving stakeholder engagement, all with the goal of supporting the institute's leadership in cancer care.

Key Responsibilities

1.Brand Ecosystem Development:

• Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy aimed at strengthening the institute's position as a leader in cancer care, research, and education.
• Ensure the the brand remains relevant, adaptive, and impactful to patients, caregivers, healthcare partners, and stakeholders across all levels.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including patients, donors, healthcare providers, research institutions, and government agencies.
• Create and execute integrated communication plans that foster continuous, meaningful touchpoints with these audiences, enhancing engagement and loyalty to the brand.

3. Drive Brand Awareness and Market Share:

• Develop campaigns to increase the institute's brand visibility and reach, expanding its market share and impact within the healthcare industry and public awareness.
• Lead the development of content and narratives that position the institute as a thought leader in cancer treatment and research, ensuring alignment with the broader NUHS communications strategy.

4. Internal Communications and Culture:

• Champion internal communications efforts to ensure that staff are aligned with the institutes goals and values.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to foster a strong internal culture that mirrors the insitute's external brand promises.

5. Crisis and Reputation Management:

• Work with Group Communications to establish and oversee a crisis communications framework that protects and enhances the institute's reputation during unforeseen challenges.
• Act as a spokesperson during critical moments, managing all external communications related to crises and other sensitive matters.

6. Content Creation and Digital Strategy:

• Oversee the development of content across various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
• Lead digital communication efforts to ensure the institute remains at the forefront of new media trends, using analytics and market insights to refine strategies.

7. Event Management and Public Relations:

• Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, including public forums, cancer awareness campaigns, donor events, and conferences.
• Drive public relations efforts to promote programs, partnerships, and research breakthroughs, working closely with media outlets to secure positive coverage.

8. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to execute key initiatives successfully.
• Develop training programs and professional development opportunities for the team to foster continuous learning and excellence.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, education, or non-profit sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale communication and brand strategies.
• Strong media relations and crisis communication experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling narratives and campaigns.
• Strategic thinking with a keen understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient engagement.

Reporting the RVP Finance & Corporate Administration, we are seeking a dynamic Corporate Services & ESG Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of corporate structures, compliance and ESG principles, as well as a proven track record in partnering and managing internal and external stakeholders and teams.

Principal Responsibilities

Key duties and tasks will include, but will not be restricted or limited to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional compliance programs and policies that align with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance to senior management.
• Ensure internal company policies and see that they are respected.
• Make sure the organization has a clearly defined program for complying with the country’s laws.
• Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations.
• Take action in dealing with non-compliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
• Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.
• Working with other departments in the company, such as the legal, human resources and finance departments, to ensure compliance of all departments.
• Manage and coordinate corporate secretarial services across business partners, multiple countries, and jurisdictions to ensure alignment and compliance to local, international, and internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure all businesses are coordinated for compliance to business requirements for board meetings, business laws, shareholder contractual agreements, etc., in alignment with Menzies Aviation and respective country laws.
• Oversee the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives in alignment with Menzies Aviation’s ESG goals
• Manage the concerted efforts of all business units across the SEAC to maximize the efficacy of ESG initiatives
• Translate the return on investments for ESG and report to stakeholders for decision-making capabilities and benefits
• Ensure adherence to ESG standards and reporting requirements.
• Identify and address ESG-related risks and opportunities.
• Ensure that initiatives and programs are well received by the business and communities with appropriate marketing
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
• Assess and mitigate compliance and ESG-related risks.
• Develop and implement contingency plans for potential compliance breaches.
• Provide advisement for corporate structure design and strategies in consideration of laws, finance, taxes, operations, and partnerships.
• Ability to travel internationally when required and in accordance with business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preference in law, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate compliance and/or ESG roles.
• Experience in a multinational corporation.
• Preferred certification in compliance or ESG management.
• Strong understanding of applicable compliance regulations (e.g., anti-corruption, data privacy, labour standards, environmental, ISO, aviation).
• Proven track record in working with remote regional teams and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English plus one other; Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog
• Experience in compliance and risk management.
• Familiarity with developing and executing compliance management techniques.
• Experience in conducting audits and investigations and providing relevant strategies.
