Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of trade/ channel marketing within the department.
• Monitoring sales for the category captaincy accounts on a quarterly basis.
• Creating yearly marketing and channel strategies for assigned channels and trades.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers on marketing activities and promotions.
• Achieving the goal targets across all channels, develop PICOs/ Execution Standards.
• Track and monitor in-store promotion, POSM, equipment placement, marketing activities, and new launches.
• Manage POSM and premium distribution, inventory, source premiums and prizes for promotions.
• Analyze business and brand performance, and track competitors' activities in each channel.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing or equiavlent
• At least 3 - 5 years of trade marketing or channel marketing experience from FMCG/ Beauty industry
