Position: Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day accounting activities and group/statutory reporting of 2-3 entities. We're looking for a dynamic individual with strong competencies and technical skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Invoicing & Collections
• Accounts Payable: Record supplier/consultant invoices & payments
• General Ledger & Fixed Asset: Journals, reconciliations, month-end closing
• Statutory: GST & any other indirect tax returns, audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
• Group reporting: Daily, weekly, monthly
• Liaise with project team, customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents & bankers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting & finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic accounting system would be an advantage
• Prior experience in outsourced accounting services company or MNC group finance handling multiple entities for advertising, consultancy, services will be highly relevant.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Providing IT technical and administrative support for a variety of company software application and company hardware including setup & troubleshooting

• Providing technical support in pre- and post-implementation and maintenance for existing systems and IT related projects

• Conducting training to staffs when required

• Continuously analysing, identifying & executing value creation opportunities for our Integrated IT system

• Working closely with relevant stakeholder for IT related improvement and issues

• Basic knowledge in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration

• Server and infrastructure knowledge

• Working on Ad hoc projects and other IT related matters

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT work experience.

• Possess knowledge and Experience in IT infrastructure such as ERP system optimisation, managing ERP enhancement requirements, servers etc

• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Products with emphasis on Windows and Office programs

• Able to multi-task and have good time management skills

• Able to develop a good working relationship with all levels of users

• Able to work independently and self-directed

• Full scope of finance operation include AR, AP and GL.
• Preparation of Corporate tax submission
• Deal with auditor, tax agent and secretary and law regulatory.
• Familiar with MYOB accounting software
• Collaborate with other department to create project budgets
• To assist purchases and other duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance and Accountancy
• At least 2 years if working experience
• Good communication and written skill
• Independent and able to provide sound judgement

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily QA duties and the QA Testing Team
• Develop and implement quality practices in methodologies and processes
• Manage and support multiple QA projects
• Develop QA plan and timeline
• Recommend improvement to processes and practices to IT management and application team

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in quality assurance.
• Track record of managing a QA team.
