Job Description:

• Assist in Document Control of existing projects by ensuring files are saved in timely manner.
• Assist and support L&D Manager in administrative tasks.
• Manage procurement of materials and promptly follow up on payments to Subcon / Suppliers.
• Assist in tender documents preparations.
• Other administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Good MS Office skills
• Communicate effectively
• Experience in the construction industry would be preferred
• Able to commence work with short notice is a bonus
