• Develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel to acquire new accounts.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the team including managing of staff administrative matters such as staff's attendance, discipline and arranging of covering staff
• Providing comprehensive office management support to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as managing stationery and office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meeting room bookings
• Assisting with event and client visit coordination, including catering, logistics and hospitality
• Responding to inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient office management processes

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that billings and costs/expenses are properly and accurately taken up into the accounting system
• Work with or follow up with other departments and overseas subsidiaries on accounting matters
• Ensure that the monthly financial reports for local entities are prepared and submitted timely
• Reconciling banks, payables, and receivables
• Handle monthly closing of local entities’ accounts
• Assist Finance Manager with quarterly consolidation work, corporate tax, and XBRL
  Perform other related duties as assigned.
