What you’ll do

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (Vietnamese-speaking) at Airwallex, you will drive Airwallex’s future growth engine by working with the Marketing and Channel Partnerships teams to qualify leads that will build Airwallex’s sales pipeline. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of small and medium enterprise (SME) leads, ranging from qualifying, pitching, onboarding and activating new clients. Job Summary

As a Head of BD and Sales (Healthcare), you will play a key role to lead the Healthcare Sales Department in developing and implementing company-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives, ensuring high levels of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1) Market Strategy and Development:

• Conducting market analysis and trend forecasting to inform sales strategy.
• Identifying new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
• Aligning sales strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach.
• Developing and executing tactical sales plans.
• Focusing to meet short-term sales goals and targets.

2) Team Management and Development:

• Hiring and developing sales personnels to drive growth.

• Implementing performance metrics and evaluation to measure team success.
• Providing coaching and mentorship to team members.

• Forecasting revenue and setting pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Reporting sales performance to the BOD and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, with at least 10 years in a managerial role. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth to bring in revenue of SGD$5billion or MYR$15billion (min).
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to demonstrate an understanding of the overall business strategy and be able to develop sales strategies that align with company objectives.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
