Join as a member of a high performing sales and coverage team providing transaction banking solutions to the bank’s Global Financial Institutions client base with needs in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets. The role will require building a working partnership with one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) in Southeast Asia to support the growth of the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sales through to implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Responsibilities:

• Assists with coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), including client planning, client calling efforts, client team meeting preparation, delivery, and follow-up, and revenue and pathway tracking
• Conducts industry, client, and prospect research to develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning
• Completes price and cost benefit analysis models to develop pricing strategies, which includes working with the Treasury Sales Officer on non-standard pricing
• Ability to function successfully on a self-directed basis in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities under time pressure
• Collaborative approach to business in support of close team environment
• Partners with Product Specialists and support partners to develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen existing relationships

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You work as part of an office-based admin support to the ECS team of 4 sales engineers/director; coordinating between the sales team with customer/prospect visits, calls and e-mail.

• Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team on quotations and proposals
• Manage and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
• Handling of incoming calls and collections
