Qualifications

• Graphic Design: Assist with design creation and adaptation for digital screens and printed formats in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Operational Coordination: Ensure that operational team members are fully informed about current offers and promotions, equipping them with the necessary details to communicate effectively with guests. Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Design, Hospitality, Business disciplines or a related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or events.
• Competent with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop), with an eye for brand consistency and detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across departments and enhancing guest experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work some weekends or public holidays, where required (Off-in-lieu's will apply).
