Job Description

• Compile & record keeping of reports from Centre Supervisor
• Vet school reports - English Language (Monthly Status Report) - Edit grammar & phrasing
• Vetting through announcements and letters for centres
• Operations Check in Centres to complete checklist once a Semester for each school
• Arranging and liasing of Relief
• Verifying employee documents
• Other ad-hoc admin duties

Job Requirements

• Min local Diploma
• Min 3 years of experience in Operations
• Willing to travel to centres

1 Year Contract (Possible Conversion to Perm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Asssist Project Managers in determining and defining project scope and objectives
• Assist in predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Assist with project schdedule and support with administrative work
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to project managers
• Research on best practices, techniques, and standards used in project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
• Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
• Experienced in managing clients and various stakeholders
• Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organised and positive attitude.

• Oversee and track vessel port calls.
• Review and confirm port cost estimates.
• Find and negotiate opportunities for cost savings.
• Monitor vessel operations during port calls.
• Create reports and manage other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years Marine /Freight forwarding experience in Energy/Oil &Gas industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
