In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.

Moreover, you will act as a vital liaison between our local colleagues in Singapore and the finance team based at our headquarters in South Korea. The Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our bunkering operations, focusing on vessel scheduling, daily operations, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Operations Executive will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and optimal resource utilization.

What you will be doing:

Data Management:

• Ensure all data is entered accurately and promptly into the company's systems.
• Maintain up-to-date records of deliveries, and inventory.

Bunkering Coordination:

• Coordinate with shipping agents to obtain accurate vessel ETAs.
• Liaise between charterers and the shipping team to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Address any issues that may arise and mediating the situation

Vessel Scheduling:

• Efficiently schedule vessels to meet delivery timelines and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with port authorities, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations.

Daily Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations, including loading, unloading, and vessel movements.
• Monitor vessel performance and address any operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Conflict Resolution:

• Effectively manage conflicts and disputes related to bunkering operations.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to reach mutually agreeable solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with our bunkering services.

Duty:

• Rotational 24-hour duty, primarily being on standby
• Responsible for providing support and addressing urgent issues.

What we are looking for:

• Preferably Diploma in Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in bunkering operations or a similar role.

Responsibilities

Assist in Creating HACCP Documentation:

• Develop HACCP Plans: Collaborate with the consultant to create detailed HACCP plans for muffin production, identifying potential food safety hazards and determining critical control points (CCPs).
• Document Food Safety Processes: Work with the consultant to design and document food safety processes, including hazard analysis, CCP monitoring, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
