Able to sell adult oral nutrition (Adult Milk Powder)

Do product wet sampling and distribution of samples to walk-in customers

Able to commit 6 hours shift a day at the outlet.

May require to work at multiple locations on different days.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, including customer meetings, quotation submission, sales order processing, and delivery follow-up.
• Provide advanced technical solutions and support to customers.
• Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s overall sales and marketing objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, providing training and/or support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical or logistical challenges.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Possess own car
• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a technical sales role
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in mentoring or leading a sales team.
• Aggressive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
• Experience in a senior sales or sales engineering role within factory automation and/or semiconductor will be advantage.

Job Description:

• Active canvasing for new customer base
• Achievement of agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Pre-sales activities to ensure healthy pipeline and good closure rate, with post-sales activities occasionally according to sales requirement
• Performance of sales cycle which includes sales quotation, order confirmation, purchase requisition, delivery (urgent case), installation (occasionally), payment collection

Requirements:
