You will be accountable for management reporting and financial analysis for a regional portfolio as well as providing explanation of variances and key performance drivers, and consolidating results across our region for monthly / quarterly reporting and presentations. You will prepare cash flow forecast and support in planning and implementing new business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

● Oversees all activities of the Accounts Department

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly accounts, ensuring all supporting schedules are accurately maintained and documented.
• Data Reconciliation: Reconcile internal financial data with third-party statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Financial Schedules Maintenance: Maintain and update various financial schedules to support overall financial health and reporting.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings and ensure all monthly MAS reporting forms are completed in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Document Management: Organize and file financial documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with audit requirements.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with additional tasks and projects as required to support the finance team.

Requirements:

• About 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, including full set accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting rules and procedures, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
• Meticulous, attention to detail.
• Experience in financial audit preferable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review daily product intake into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods received.
• Monitor the performance of departments, particularly food and beverage, through established control procedures.
• Work closely with the purchasing team and chefs to ensure accurate food and beverage costing.
