• Responsible for full set accounting processes and tasks
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately with timeline
• Oversee year-end audits, prepare statutory accounts, and conduct financial analysis
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax (GST), and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing following accounting standards and company guidelines
• Perform timely and accurate invoicing and billing activities
• Prepare of GST Submission
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Accounting/Business/Economics Degree
• CPA/ACCA or equivalents
