• Ensure timely and accurate month end and year end closing processes.
• Work with Senior Manager on the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecast and long term strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow projections with the team and manage working capital to ensure operational needs are met.
• Implement strategies to optimise cash flow and liquidity.
• Manage the financial audit process with audit firms responsibly and prepare annual financial documents for the audit.
• Coordinate and oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with local state and federal tax regulations.
• Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and review.
• Work with Senior Manager to identify financial risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement necessary regulations for internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Effectively communicate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate and provide support to other business units to align with company objectives.
