- Responsibility for accurate and timely accounting and reporting in accordance with Finance Reporting

- Banking and treasury operations - issue payment, LC, TR, BG, etc.

What you'll do:

As a General Ledger Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Accounting Team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accounting records, preparing monthly management reports, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Your expertise will be vital in managing the annual statutory audit process for multiple entities, ensuring timely completion of Annual Income Tax, and overseeing all other tax reporting activities. Additionally, you will handle receipt processing and payment management for several entities. • Ensure accounting records are kept in accordance with corporate policies.
• Prepare monthly management reports by collecting, analysing and summarising accounts information.
• Handle annual statutory audit for entities in Singapore and Philippines.
• Ensure Annual Income Tax for entities in Singapore and Philippines are completed timely.
• Ensure all other tax reporting are filed on time and consistent with tax provision.
• Process hotel/interco receipts and manage payments for entities in Singapore and Philippines.
