· Cash flow management, monitor AR & AP Aging and Bank reconciliation

· Inventory control

· Prepare and monitor Fixed Assets Register

· Preparation of Financial Statements and variance reporting

· Submission of accurate and timely periodic reports (internal and external)

· Monitor, handling and costing of incoming shipments

· Communicating with suppliers on all matters relating to Price and Quantity differences

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification

· Minimum 2-3 years of Accounting experience

· Good in Microsoft Excel, ABSS knowledge will be advantageous

· Able to work independently

· Previous Accounting experience in relevant field will be advantageous

· Supporting sales on all related sales and development matters

· Possesses a good and positive working attitude

· Able to start on short notice will be preferred

- manage all accounting, ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely

- prepare budgeting and monitor expenditure to ensure alignment with the budget

- handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

- reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments and collections

- ensure timely bank payments

- compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

- report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

- reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups

- prepare necessary documentations for external audits and tax submission

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full set of Accounts (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation, Payroll & etc)
• Plan, oversee overall accounting strategy
• Oversea accounting daily operation
• Responsible for AR/AP, cash receipt, GL, payroll, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure
• Handling full spectrum of payroll from overtime & commission calculation to processing of employees salary
• Monthly CPF submission
• Quarterly GST Submission
• Monitor and analyses accounting data
• Regularly produce financial reports and statement
• Tax Computation
• Encourage other employee to adhere to standard
• Provide recommendations

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
