Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Accountant (6 months Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and report on budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance in comparison to budgets and forecasts.
• Compile monthly reports for the Group.
• Support quarterly financial reporting to the Board, including EVA and BU KPI reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy or Chartered Accountant/ACCA qualification, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in listed firms / REITS w
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
• Experience with SAP system
• Meticulous, analytical, innovative and self-motivated team player.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and cope with changes is essential
• Other attributes includes being responsible, resourcefulness and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Interpretation of trailer fee computation formula
• Able to translate contractual agreements to working files for fee computation.
• Checking/Reconciling past fees to counterparties, distributors and introducers
• Correcting Fee formulas in relevant agreements to avoid ambiguities
