Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end closing activities, including Manufacturing Variance Analysis, inventory and capitalisation JVs
• Partner with departments to conduct costing analysis to support site performance improvement.
• Budget and Forecast Support – TDB calculation (AV, Yield and Substitution, Workshop and basket mix, potency, PPV, Capitalisation, Std to Std, Inventory Provision, Inventory forecast, BOM review, Production plan sanity check (Inventory shortage) and support slide deck
• Weekly Yield and Substitution reporting and resolving COGI error and any Issues arising from Process Orders, liaising with production and SAP IT. Weekly presentation of Finance Yield reporting.
• Manage monthly inventory provision (review block stock and coordinate meeting with all relevant departments)
• Yearly budget and standard cost set up process (Material std cost, SAP BOM, Atlas, MARCO, TP)
• Year-end activities (Std Cost release, Inventory revaluation)
• Assist in audit schedule and queries
• Added Value forecast.
• Monthly Atlas/MARCO check
• Sample Request CRI and inventory adjustment check
• Any other Ad-hoc as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• With 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for commercial finance & costing related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Involve in reviewing actual performance against forecast. Work with business and operation teams to drive for cost initiatives and control.

Responsibilities

· Undertake General Ledger (GL) /full set accounting for specific entities and ensuring the tasks are performed according to timeframe / KPIs set by the company.

· Working with Business Controller for accrual of revenue and provision of costs.

· Posting of payroll entries.

· Preparation of breakdown and schedules for Head Office, auditor and tax agent.

· Responsible for yearly financial audit including preparatory work for audit meeting and managing queries from auditors.

· Filing information to PWC for company tax return and company tax computation (including GST calculation) for specific entity.

· Manage ICS reconciliation (Intercompany AR/AP/Revenue/Expense Booking).

· Responsible for quarterly GST Filing.

· Provide balance sheet and income statement information to Head Office through Magnitude system on a quarterly basis.

· Preparation of balance sheet schedules every month.

· Investigate adhoc queries from internal and external stakeholders.

· Other adhoc duties / responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Bachelor of Accountancy with minimum 5 years working experience in finance and accounting role.

· Good accounting knowledge.

· Have a keen eye for details, integrity and analytical skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level) and JD Edwards system

· Good in establishing rapport with all levels of people

· Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese, Mandarin to communicate with the Chinese/ Mandarin speaking stakeholders and vendors easily.

· Possess good attitude, Proactive

· Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules independently.

Overview:

The Finance Associateis responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial management and reporting activities of the company, including budget planning, financial analysis, and providing strategic financial advice to support the executive management team in making informed business decisions.

Job Description:

1. Manage full set of accounts for 6-8 entities, including documentation and all related entries, such as posting General Journals and keying in related accounting entries into accounting systems.
2. Ensure the Trial Balance is accurate and that all ledgers (GL, AR, AP, PA, Assets, Inventories, and Liabilities) are regularly reviewed, updated, and reconciled.
3. Prepare and submit monthly management reports, coordinate and prepare financial operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports, and MAS regulatory returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment of vendor invoices.
5. Ensure compliance with all tax, licensing, and statutory obligations, including the preparation and filing of quarterly GST returns and other statutory filings such as ACRA and XBRL.
6. Audit preparation and coordination including assisting in the preparation and coordination of external audits.
7. Other ad’hoc finance and administrative tasks.
