Job Summary

This role is in the Environmental Social and Governance and Reputational (ESGR) team and can be based in Singapore and India

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Group ESG (including Climate) and Reputational Risk (ESGR) integration with Wealth and Retail Business Banking. This will include building and enhancing the infrastructure and processes to facilitate review and challenge of ESGR risks, including embedding into Credit Risk Management where feasible.
• Support simplification agenda for example streamlining to one ESG and Reputational risk assessment for WRB.
• Support transition to new Physical Risk Vendor across WRB for risk assessment, grading and reporting related to Physical Risk assessments.
• Review and challenge of NZ financed emissions arising from WRB Residential Mortgages
• Review and challenge of Sustainable Finance and Sustainability-related activities in WRB
• Support the review, challenge and provide input on internal and external disclosures such as Climate Risk-related financial disclosures, including those set out by the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
