The APAC Market Access Policy Director plays a crucial role in shape market access policy related to evolving healthcare systems to ensure support of innovation and patient access to sustainable, high-quality health care. The role involves supporting local policy teams in driving the policy debate via aligned industry activities through collaboration with local, regional and global stakeholders both internally and externally as well as monitoring, analysis and inclusion of environmental trends into business cycle considerations – such as Long Range Financial Planning, Business Planning, Integrated Evidence Generation Planning, and Business Development working with other cross-functional team.

A key partner internally with global stakeholders and groups, you will develop access related policy positions for the company and then in supporting/influencing externally industry position development.

Furthermore, partnering with Access and the broader cross-functional teams, you will identify policy issues within and across markets related to our key disease areas and develop strategies and execution plans for addressing them in order to enable patient access to our medicines in the region.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating APAC Leadership Team on key political and healthcare policy trends that affect J&J business, to ensure a holistic region-wide view of the access policy shaping & government engagement priorities. You will also support J&J IM AP Company Group Chair for external outreach in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Serving as a Market Access policy lead in J&J Innovative Medicines APAC in value assessment frameworks, public healthcare fundings, and their allocation, collaborating with OpCo market access and policy team.
• Working closely with cross-functional team locally, regionally and globally, including providing regional support to the Value Framework/HTA forum and Access and Policy Council to ensure an aligned and coordinated approach to policy shaping efforts.
• Co-ordinating and aligning key third-parties (Industry groups such as PhRMA as well as local organizations in China and Japan, Trade Associations, patient groups, etc), either through or with the local policy teams, advocating and driving a strong, aligned and effective industry voice around health care policy.
• Writing clear, concise and evidence-based positions, statements, policy submissions, letters and other advocacy tools and documents.
• Monitoring public sources and policy/political alerts systems for issues and trends impacting J&J Innovative Medicine's operating environment.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the drivers for the key stakeholders groups (e.g. payors, policy makers etc.).

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in commerce, economics, MBA, international trade and/or political science
• Meaningful knowledge of the political & healthcare environment within multiple markets in Asia Pacific
• 10+ years experience in health care policy within industry, trade associations and/or government preferred but relevant experience considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed presentation skills
• Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for delivering the compliance and health & safety scope within JLL’s overall scope of service to our Client for a portfolio of corporate real estate and colocation data centres.

What this job involves

Performance

• Implement JLL WD HSSE strategic objectives and bring them to life for the account , ensuring effective operational relevance.
• Driving implementation of a property compliance platform, focussed on essential statutory requirements & safety compliance requirements, that provides a real time status across the portfolio
• Direct, prepare, and/or monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
• Work with 3rd party compliance consultants to develop statutory requirements applicable for the portfolio and perform quality assurance checks of the compliances in place

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event details using the hotel’s CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in the wedding sales processes.

JOB SUMMARY

• The role holder will be accountable for business change and transformation of the Transaction Banking business and core business enablement initiatives. General Accountability
Reporting directly to VP Sales, APAC, this role is responsible for driving new product sales and overseeing the development of Service & Solution (S&S) activities within the region. POSITION SUMMARY/MISSION

The Director, Global Supply Chain Sustainability is responsible for providing leadership and management of Samsonite’s supply chain sustainability program in support of Our Responsible Journey, the company’s global sustainability strategy. This role will focus on social and environmental topics including but not limited to human rights, climate, and sustainable materials. The role works closely with key internal and external partners, including our sourcing, product development, design, legal, and other teams, as well as with our suppliers and other partners.

• Strong client, stakeholder and team management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results to technical and non-technical audiences, which include audit committees and senior management.
• Be innovative and resourceful with strong interpersonal, organisational, presentation and report writing skills, have a naturally inquisitive mind and be able to think “outside the box”.
