About Partners Unit

The Partners team works with both Singapore companies and MNCs, public sector agencies and social enterprises to facilitate the implementation of design for business strategy and organisation transformation, through establishing partnerships and connections.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Enterprise Engagement for Design Adoption: Drive collaborations with business leaders locally and globally across diverse non-design industry sectors, such as Healthcare, Technology, FMCG, Retail and F&B to understand their business challenges and facilitate connections, tools, and support to leverage design for innovation and impactful outcomes.
• Design Advocacy and Sponsorship: Cultivate strategic relationships with industry enterprises, including the development of a sponsorship framework to secure support for Dsg’s design initiatives by aligning with their goals, showcasing design’s impact, and fostering collaboration on high-visibility projects.
• Cross-Sector Collaboration: Partner with public service agencies and social enterprises to drive innovation and growth in both public and private sectors through strategic design applications.
• Programme Development: Work with Dsg’s Product Innovation Team to design and implement a range of initiatives, such as the Good Design Research, that empower organisations to integrate design and build internal innovation capabilities, fostering growth.
• Strategy and Programme Review: Continuously evaluate and enhance strategies, programmes, and projects, proposing new initiatives and refining approaches to support design adoption across various industry sectors.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience: At least 8 years of experience in business development, industry development, or design management roles, with a strong background in formulating and implementing strategies for business strategy and organisational transformation in both the private and public sectors. Experience in public service is advantageous.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration: At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles. Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage stakeholders. Skills in coordinating efforts across various units to drive results through strategic oversight and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overseeing Production Material Control, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse department operations.

· Lead manufacturing operations with quality output, involved in materials planning, procurement, quality assurance, and inventory control.

· Ensure product compliance with specified customer and international standards/requirements.

· Develop strategic business plans in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality operations

· Interact/coordinate with Operations, Contract Manufacturers, R&D, Product Management, Sales & Marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries of new product launches.

Job Requirements:

· Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin with excellent communication and presentation skills

You will develop and drive people strategies for Singapore and SEA, covering multiple businesses including TVD, UPI, Networks & DTC and other businesses on site. Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:

The Director, Market Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting Singapore Trading activities by providing oversight and guidance to the Market Analysts group. This support encompasses offering fundamental analysis direction to the analysts, as well as serving as the Strategist for Global Heavies Trading.

The incumbent will lead the local team of Market Analysts and collaborate with strategists and analysts in other Phillips 66 offices to develop trading strategies based on fundamental analysis, focusing on Heavies. The Director, Market Analysis is expected to actively engage local trading managers to understand business needs and tailor analysis accordingly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand local key trading positions in crude, clean products, fuel oil, NGL, LPG, renewables and coordinate local market analysts’ work to suggest/evaluate required analysis to ensure all aspects of a trade position is understood.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of supply and demand models for the Heavies group and understand other supply / demand models supported by other commodity strategists. ABOUT OUR ROLES

Global Banking & Markets New Business Group (GM NBG): is a part of the Client Experience organization within the Operations division. The team is responsible for managing onboarding mandates and ensure requests are project managed and completed by expected launch date. The team works closely with clients and internal teams, which includes Sales, Credit, Client Onboarding, Trading Documentation Group, Compliance and Legal. The goal is to create efficiencies in the onboarding process, increase throughput and provide exceptional client experience.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

GM NBG works very closely with Sales and multiple internal groups including Legal, Credit Risk Management and Operations to ensure clients are set up to trade with GS.

GM NBG Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales to prioritize onboarding requests
• Drive the documentation and account opening processes for clients from initiation to completion
• Serve as point person for clients in the onboarding process
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk and Operations
• Provide transparency to Sales and clients on onboarding status
• Act as initial escalation point for clients and internal groups for issues/bottlenecks in the onboarding process

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Experience in pre-trade / onboarding functions
• Business to native level in Mandarin to cover different markets and engage with clients in China and Taiwan. The language skills is required to manage the onboarding mandates and drive the documentation and account opening process of clients based in China and Taiwan

• Influencing Outcomes – presents sound, persuasive rationale for ideas or opinions. Takes a position on issues and influences others' opinions and presents persuasive recommendations
• Business and Regulatory Focus – to be able to build different jurisdictional regulatory, and product specific requirements in regards in pre-execution space
