Responsibilities:

• Manage resources in manpower, capital and operating expenses within the team. Ensure resources are leveraged at the most optimum, efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Strategize and lead the department towards optimisation and digitalization and to deploy data analytical to improve the DCs resiliencies and efficiencies.
• To develop and integrate the existing Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) as well as to introduce IOT sensors for Artificial Intelligence and to collect data for Machine Learning implementation to improve the performance of the DC
• To review and reform the existing DC network and IT system to ensure ability to meet all DC audit requirements as well as cyber security.
• To ensure all processes are well documented and updated regularly.
• To ensure all procurement processes are followed.
• Update management on overall performance status and activities for the department
• To support the operations team that is running on a 24X7 basis to meet all operational needs

Requirements:

• Degree in IT Network, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or related disciplines
• More than 15 Years of Experience in Mission Critical Facilities

The responsibilities of the Nominee Director include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitating bank visits for account opening and other external tasks.
• Providing Singpass scans and OTPs.
• Executing SignRequests and physically signing documents.
