Position Overview:The Sales Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role involves strategic planning, team management, market analysis, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business growth and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
   Identify new market opportunities and formulate strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics.
   
2. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
   Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
   Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
   
3. Revenue and Target Achievement:Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
   Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
   Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with key clients.
   
4. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
   Oversee the development of client retention and loyalty programs.
   Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
   
5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
   Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market demand.
   Represent the sales team in executive meetings and contribute to company-wide decision-making.
   
6. Financial and Budgetary Oversight:Manage the sales department’s budget, including forecasting and financial planning.
   Ensure profitability through cost-effective sales strategies and resource allocation.
   
7. Reporting and Analytics:Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
   Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, with 7+ years of experience in sales and 3+ years in management.

Client Director - This is an account management role responsible for sales in assigned accounts or territories. They will be responsible to achieve the sales target by approved solutions or services by working with different internal or external stakeholders.

You Will:

• Develop an account strategy in the target account to meet booking, revenue and profitability targets. Account plan should cover detailed account background, clear executable plan to penetrate or grow the account.
• Lead the account team comprising of technical or delivery team members to pursue and win qualified opportunities.
• Plan and execute the account coverage plan to build a strong relationship with the key customer stakeholders.
• Plan and execute strategic vendor partnership to support the account pipeline development.
• Develop good relationship with company sales team to facilitate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in target accounts.
• Understand the competitive landscape and reshape the account strategy to succeed.
• Require to travel on business engagements occasionally.

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Business, IT, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years of work experience and in an account management role selling IT infrastructure or managed services or application development services.
• Strong commercial account relationships
• Experience in closing large deals in areas including Digital, Enterprise Applications, IT Outsourcing and/or Infrastructure
• Strong EQ and business acumen
• Up-to-date on technology trends
• Ability to work with Alliance Partners
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with various levels of management and key stakeholders
