Job Description & Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: •

Work within specified business territories, industries and accounts to generate effective business opportunities and exceed sales targets for the business • Develops specific demand generation plans to include cold-calling, social selling and direct marketing and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects; • Manage incoming requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP) in a professional and creative manner in accordance with the company’s policies and the established sales processes and frameworks • Understand the clients’ business needs and develop tailored value propositions using all relevant skills and solutions to delight clients and deliver transformational added value • Work closely with the inside business development networks to identify leads and cross-sell opportunities • Represent Teleperformance at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums and new business events • Keep all necessary reporting accurate and updated on a regular basis.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Demonstrated mastery of and passion for the art of selling, a love of data and an understanding of how to utilize the power of analytics to support customer goals. • High level of Strategic thinking skills and orientation to business growth. • Ability to work with different teams and influence. • Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives. • Fluency in English is a must. Additional Asian languages are desirable. • Solid Project management skills. • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and evaluate plan effectively. • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills. • Experience with Asian markets. • A proven ability to build, mentor and lead successful sales teams. • Experience with end-to-end end BPO Operations and industry’s best practices would be an advantage.
