Job Description

1. Manage the performance of assigned countries by leading implementation of optimal in-country activation with Distributors to deliver on expected sales and profitability/cost targets for each country.

2. Conduct regular in-country business reviews, monitor current and planned activities to accurately track, forecast and report the performance by country in order to support achievement of set targets or initiate changes needed to meet expectations.

3. Work closely with direct Supervisor, Regional Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to plan and implement in-country activation plans with excellence, including new product launches, product and sales training, and execution of marketing programs.

4. Lead Distributors to prepare joint annual business plans per country with clear focus on key customers and in-market opportunities, in alignment with SciMed regional strategies and objectives.

5. Ensure all business fundamentals e.g. product registrations, customers’ certificates requirements, sales forecasts, orders handling etc. are in place at a country level and coordinate any activities with internal teams and distributors to secure optimal functionality of in-country commercial operations.

6. Identify and develop new or existing business opportunities e.g. new distributors, new representations, market segments, potential customers to expand operations; act as local expert to support development and implementation of PHCbi and SciMed global and regional initiatives at a country level

7. Manage the assigned budgets per country by tracking and evaluating the impact of investment in each market, re-prioritizing funding to best support performance and meet financial commitments.

8. Act and lead the Distributors to conduct the overall commercial activities at a country level in full compliance with the local legislation and SciMed business practices and policies.

9. Lead and coordinate review and update of Distributor Agreements and Price Annexes on an annual basis for all markets.

10. Supervise Asst. GM for the compilation of Distributor monthly reports including Inventory reports, market updates, competitor updates and organizing and conducting regular business reviews.

11. CGT Growth: Strategize and implement CGT go-to-market plans in APAC.

12. Projects: Lead strategic growth projects such as "Make in India”, "GEM”, and new brand representations in export markets.

13. Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director in order to support development and implementation of initiatives at a country or regional level.

Qualifications

1. University degree, preferable in business, finance or science

2. Possess 15+ years of professional experience of experience in Sales and Marketing

3. 10 years of work experience in a relevant industry sector (Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, Diagnostics).

4. 5+ years’ experience in managing distributors in APAC markets.

5. Experience in working with and leading sales and marketing country teams, with strong people management capabilities.

6. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, management and influential skills to guide, provides insights to the key stakeholders and wider commercial team.

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for delivering the compliance and health & safety scope within JLL’s overall scope of service to our Client for a portfolio of corporate real estate and colocation data centres.

This role’s responsibilities include developing the compliance platform, evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes, and leading training sessions

The Regional Account HSSE Lead will be responsible for implementing and managing HSSE for one of the JLL’s WD Client accounts. The most important objective of this role will be ensuring that our clients, our employees and sub-contractors return home safely at the end of their working day.

The role is highly visible, and the work is fast-paced. The successful candidate must ensure that critical stakeholders, such as employees and clients, receive timely, relevant information and appropriate counsel for HSSE Matters. They must have an acute eye for HSSE risk and be able to foster as strong culture health and safety and deliver world class HSSE results, improved productivity and flawless execution.

As a member of the WD HSSE team they will support the implementation of the JLL HSSE strategy, and the role reports directly to the Regional Operations Director

What this job involves

Performance

• Implement JLL WD HSSE strategic objectives and bring them to life for the account , ensuring effective operational relevance.
• Driving implementation of a property compliance platform, focussed on essential statutory requirements & safety compliance requirements, that provides a real time status across the portfolio
• Direct, prepare, and/or monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
• Work with 3rd party compliance consultants to develop statutory requirements applicable for the portfolio and perform quality assurance checks of the compliances in place

These programs include various product offerings, such as device protection, trade-ins, and upgrades.

This role will be responsible for designing, building, and executing Second-Life strategies suitable to each Geo (Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Taiwan) to purchase and liquidate used or second-hand devices (mobile phones and laptops) across multiple channels, including online marketplaces, refurbishment and resale platforms, direct-to-consumer, auction sites, wholesale distribution, and Recycling/Refurbishment Programs and will drive profitability by identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure efficient disposal of handsets and laptops and optimize revenue from device re-sales, liquidation, and/or refurbishments.

Job Summary

The Sales Business Risk Manager directs and oversees front to back risks for the Sales Processes within Transaction Banking (TB) Sales. Manage all TB Sales risk universe; not limiting to Cash Sales risks; Cash Mis-selling & Cash Pricing and Trade Sales Risks; Conflicts of interest, Misuse of Sensitive or MNPI, Trade Mis-selling, Trade Pricing and Client Pricing Communications.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Performance Management (SPM), this role manages all Sales related risks globally. The incumbent will focus on the end-to-end Cash and Trade Sales processes risk controls, reporting, governance and supervision. The primary requirements of the role will be to:

• Act as the voice, eyes and ears of the Global Heads of TB Corporate and FI Sales, for all matters related to Risk for Cash and Trade Sales processes.

• Comply with, and cascade, implementation and oversight of TB’s Conduct and Supervision agendas amongst Sales teams globally, ensuring timely and effective delivery against both in line with TB and Sales Scorecard targets towards an enhanced culture of good Conduct
• Oversee the effective design and execution of controls within the country/region, including identification of gaps and remediation of issues, elevating residual risk where appropriate
• Work with SPM team members and TB Risk teams to drive hubbing of control checks where feasible, ensuring continued country oversight and ownership of hubbed checks and processes
• Ensure full focus within Sales teams globally towards compliance with requirements under the Information and Cyber Security Risk Type Framework, in line with Group standards, escalating issues to Group Corporate and FI Sales, where required
• Own the end-to-end implementation of the operational risk framework, standards and policies for the Sales processes globally.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that there is a framework in place for the timely identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting and escalation of Risk exposures for TB Sales globally. Assist in the identification and escalation of thematic and horizon risks and the implementation of appropriate controls to mitigate those risks. Be the ‘go-to’ person for the business with regards to the escalation of all operational risk-related incidents/queries/events that arise within the country/region.
• Support TB Sales Heads within the country/region in developing high levels of front to back risk awareness and ownership across the business. Provide structured guidance towards improving MCA ratings in the country/region and drive first line ownership of risk.
• Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the Sales Processes Risk function within the country/region, including the proactive management of control-check hubbing, and driving the ongoing ORF rollouts and the rationalization of existing checks for Sales automation. Additionally, drive and support best practice and create efficiencies, including in the areas of EORP logging, data accuracy, standardisation and reduction of TB Group Management Forum packs, issue identification, etc
• Ensure implementation of, and timely delivery against, TB’s ongoing Conduct Plan within TB Sales, working with local/regional business and CFCC and with the Group Cash and Trade Product and TB Risk Heads to ensure alignment and best practice sharing with other businesses.
• Manage the front to back peer review process and prioritization for Sales in country/region. Ensure and conduct the appropriate level of peer review, audit and risk event ripples in country/region to support development of best practice awareness, including, where appropriate to TB teams outside of Sales via the Head of SPM.
• Engage effectively with Group TB OR, Compliance, FCC, and Business and TB Sales Heads to share and drive strategic and governance insights related to risk management. Be the local owner of risk, conduct and supervision communications for TB Sales.
• For Non-hubbed markets: Be Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Control Sample Testing (CST) process, sampling and testing the population of controls to ensure compliance with agreed control standards and facilitating the monitoring/collection of any Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). With the process owner ensure sign off on all new and amendments to existing CST’s and that same are tabled at TB Corporate and FI Sales Management and other governance forums. For Hubbed markets, ensure timely execution of CSTs and other control monitors, assess the CST results through constant engagement with GBS team.
• Conduct regular dialogue with TB’s audit teams to better understand their focus and view of risk issues relevant to Sales. Work with country/region Risk teams and Corporate and FI Sales Heads to avoid audit fails and improve results.
• Provide inputs to the Global Head of TB Corporate and FI Sales, Head of SPM and refinement forums, QPR’s (if applicable) related to risk in the country/region, escalating issues, concerns or events as appropriate. Leverage NFRCs and other relevant risk committees to reinforce risk issues and awareness as relates to Sales in the country/region.
• Own the rollout of relevant Group policies across Sales in the country/region. Interact with policy and process owners, as well as relevant business Risk Head(s) to ensure that what is finally agreed is fit for purpose, and practical to implement.
• Oversee the management of Risk Events in the country, driving the right level of awareness, clarity and transparency with regards to the creation of Risk Events on EORP and the production of Risk root Cause Reports for the country. Tightly govern delivery of all remedial actions to plan
• Within the team/s, challenge processes, procedures and policy where there is a more effective way of doing things.
• Ensure timely closure of action items and early warnings to manage delays.
• Ensure Third Party risks are managed for Cash and Trade Sales Processes.

Loss reporting and investigation

• Support TB Corporate and FI Sales Heads in minimizing operational risks and losses and ensure material operational losses are investigated to prevent recurrence as per group policy.
• Responsible for recording operational errors that occur within business that result in financial losses, gains, near misses, reputational damage or danger to people or our reputation. Ensure that significant operational losses are escalated with appropriate root cause analysis completed.

People and Talent:

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Global Security – Supply Chain Integrity, the Associate Director, Supply Chain Security is responsible for leading the China/Japan/Asia-PacificRegion implementation and execution of strategic and tactical operations intended to ensure the end-to-end efficient and secure movement of COMPANY products and materials, provide effective supply chain security risk management, and promote engagement and awareness of associated security matters.

The focus of this work is on protecting patient safety through securing the supply chain against illicit actions, product diversion, theft, terrorism, and unauthorized activities that threaten product integrity including compromises of confidential and proprietary supply chain information.

The position will be the primary regional liaison for internal and external interactions associated with supply chain security matters. The successful candidate must have a proven capability to excel in a collaborative, diverse, complex, resource-constrained environment and be able to drive decision-making processes that involve multiple constituencies and constraints.

Primary Responsibilities

Leading the Regional execution of COMPANY’s global Supply Chain Security Strategy, including tactical operations designed to protect COMPANY’s supply chain from threats and acts of theft, product diversion, tampering, terrorism, illicit activities, and unauthorized access via effective security measures, analysis, expert consultation, and investigations leading to meaningful root cause determinations, corrective actions, compliance, and law enforcement outcomes. Security Risk Management

· Implement and manage regional execution of a proactive Supply Chain Security strategy focused on incident prevention through intelligence-based risk mitigation

· Manage regional execution of a security risk assessment regime to proactively and periodically monitor and measure internal operations and external business partner security performance against established criteria

· Manage regional execution of initiatives to identify and enhance protection of supply chain operations and products categorized as “high value”

· Measure and report supply chain security performance in collaboration with designated Regional Security leads

· Study and assess implementation of technology and innovative solutions to mitigate supply chain security risk
