ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals.

· Provide financial leadership, direction and guidance to the executive team and the finance team.

· Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and other executives regarding financial opportunities and challenges.

· Oversee the processes and preparation for financial reports, budgets, and forecast.

· Monitor cash flow and ensure the company has adequate liquidity to support operations.

· Advises on long-term business and financial planning.

· Manage financial risks and implement strategies to minimize identified risks.

· Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

· Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

· Ensure proper internal controls are in place to protect the company’s assets.

· Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.

· Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group.

· Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including potential mergers and acquisitions.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong preference for experience in the entertainment and F&B sectors.

· Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Solid understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

· Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
