Pre-Production

• Assist to assemble the Technical Production Team for the Exhibition;

Health & Safety and Compliance

• Advise on event safety for the Exhibition;

Documentation and Final Walkthrough

• Provide support in respect of the aforesaid Services and Deliverables after the opening of the Exhibition, as needed and as required;

The Role

This is the senior technical lead role within Singapore Gymnastics. It is an externally facing role focussed on comparing international benchmarks with Singapore’s performance and then strategising how to bridge gaps in MAG, WAG and RG.

The role requires the ability to enhance the daily training environment by recruiting, deploying, and motivating Coaches, Sport Scientists, and Sport Medicine experts to elevate Singapore's performance. The role will report to the CEO and produce a performance development plan, which is a key component of the Singapore Gymnastics four-year Business Plan.
