Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. The RDSO is accountable for datacenter security operations service delivery, enhancing safety culture, driving innovation and process change across the program and staff engagement and development. The RDSO is expected to advance operational security and business relevancy while collaborating with the client, fellow RDSOs, Securitas business divisions, associate contractors, global business partners, and other supporting teams. Are you passionate of being part of the dynamic Internal Audit team in an established mega organisaton, which strives to enhance and protect organisational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice, and insight. You will seek to be the subject matter expert in Internal Audit, supporting Management and collaborating with Businesses in the discharge of their Corporate Governance responsibility and improving internal controls of the Agency.

Requirements :

As a key member of Internal Audit team, your objective is to collaborate with the business units to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes. Reporting into the Deputy Director, Internal Audit, you will be responsible in partnering with all Business and Risk Owners to thoughtfully manage those risks and propose practical and constructive internal controls in the Corporate Governance structure. Scope of work will include but not limited to:

• Assisting in the development and review of the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Planning and performing end-to-end Financial, Compliance and Operational Audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Providing practical and value-added recommendations based on best practices to improve the governance, risk management and control processes.
• Preparing/reviewing audit reports for submission and presentation to the management and the ARMC.
• Managing and guiding the audit team members in the conduct of audit projects.
• Monitor and manage outsourced internal audit service providers in delivering the audit plan and providing recommendations to management.
• Providing secretariat support to the ARMC.
• Performing investigation or any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Conducting consulting/advisory projects as directed by Director, Internal Audit.
• Building in-depth understanding of HPB’s emerging business needs and transformation areas, and participate in developing strategic audit approaches in tandem.
• Conducting planned and ad-hoc audits, or special investigations as directed by Director, Internal Audit.
• Monitoring of closures of audit issues by management and support the Director to appraise ARMC.
• Assisting in liaison between management, AGO and other audit bodies and in management of whistle blowing channel.
